YOUTH Combine training
This is an introductory program for athlete groups ages 7-13. Targeted to build a strong and balanced foundation for our local athletes, the focus is on building a stronger, intelligent, confident athlete. The program uses REP’s proprietary methodology to enhance: body awareness, sprint mechanics, foot speed, coordination, body weight strength, and self-confidence. REP coaches are all former high school and collegiate athletes who are mentors first and coaches second! Performance stats will be recorded in each session, so athletes will have metrics to show their progress over time. And to ensure progress continues, all athletes will receive "homework" to complement their training outside of REP.

Elite is dedicated to competitive athletes ages 13+ who are looking to take the next step in their athletic careers. Each athlete gets an assessment on structural integrity, sprint mechanics, bilateral leg strength, as well as agility and vertical leap trials. REP’s proprietary methodology heightens neurological awareness and reinforces proper movement patterns in order to elevate:
First Step Explosiveness Vertical Leap Agility Squat, Bench Press, Power Clean Numbers Hand and Foot Coordination

Introducing Our Comprehensive Football Training Program!
We’re thrilled to announce a new training service designed specifically for youth athletes looking to enhance their football skills while improving overall speed and agility. This program was deisgned by Darryl Taylor and Geoff Rose; coaches of 5/6 Tackle football for the MYFL, in order to help both flag and tackle players enhance their skills and confidence level on the field. Sessions will be lead by Coach Taylor and Wesleyan bound Henry Norman.
Our program combines specialized football skill training with speed and agility workouts to give young athletes the tools they need to excel on the field.The sessions are a blend of:
Football Skill Training:
Route running techniques to improve receiving skills
Effective blocking and defensive positioning strategies
Enhancing football IQ for better game understanding
Catching drills designed to boost confidence and performance
Defensive Back skill work
Speed and Agility Training:
Agility drills to improve footwork and reaction time
Speed training to increase explosive power and overall quickness
